I am Izaskun (phonetically pronounced in english as Ee-thas-koon). I am a Service Design Lead that started her career as a civil & environmental engineer and moved through business analysis, product management, product design into service design.
I now dedicate my life to design experiences and services that create a better world for all. Curiosity is inherent to me. I am always willing to learn new things and perhaps that has been the reason for me to undertake such a variate of roles. From Business Analysis to Product Owner, Product Manager, Product Designer and finally Service Designer.
The one constant is my inherent desire to create solutions to satisfy our human being challenges and make this planet a better one for future generations.
